Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again."

"The main building of the property including the rooms and the dining room and bar were kept very clean. The staff members were generally friendly. Special thanks to Garfield for arranging our catamaran tour with Sea Spray Cruises and Vanessa in the dining room for her consistently cheery service. "***NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!!!!!*** It has not been enjoyable and my daughter calls it “the hotel with the horrible singers” (karaoke singing) until 1030pm or later. When that’s done, you can hear the people at the bar until sometimes 12am. It took 5 nights for us to be moved. I can’t understand when I’m checking in and have my 6 year old daughter, and I am put in a room directly in front of the karaoke bar, how can’t you foresee me complaining? I couldn’t be ANY closer.
