Julian, the host, was very gracious and hospitable. The fridge, cooking wear, purified water, and other items in the kitchen came in handy for preparing, cooking, and storing food. The room was comfortable and cool in the hot weather. The price was perfect for my budget. I would recommend Tropical Breeze to family and friends.

Easy to get to using local minivans. Nice place to stay, didn't use the kitchen, wifi good. My room could have done with a good clean but it wasn't a deal breaker.

We ended up in a different room due to some changes at the guesthouse. Unfortunately, the new room was not cleaned, and we only received one towel for two people. The refrigerator didn’t work, the shower had very low pressure, and there was dirty cutlery on the counter. The host, however, was helpful and gave us a ride to the ferry terminal, which we appreciated.

I highly recommend staying at Tropical Breeze in Gros Islet. The perfect spot with easy access to St. Lucia's main cities, Rodney Bay, Castries.

We messaged the owner beforehand what time we will arrive. Upon our arrival it was locked and there was no one there. When we came back two hours later the owner said it’s overbooked and he doesn’t have a room for us blaming his staff for it. Luckily his neighbours has a studio apartment where we were accommodated. On our last night the owner insisted that we stay at tropical breeze because his making a loss. He failed to inform us that this is the night he’s having a house party so we were unable to use the kitchen to make dinner. Also the washing machine we used at his place which he charged extra for, did not clean the clothes at all. I recommend to avoid this place and do yourself a favour and book the place with his neighbours instead.

We stayed here for 2 nights after an bad incident we had at another Guesthouse, where we did not feel safe anymore..The owner of Tropical Breezes, Julian was an angel! We felt safe at his accommodation!!! So welcoming, so kind! The place itself was clean! There was AC, clean washroom, clean kitchen, clean living room. Right around the corner there is a bakery and laundry services - super convenient! I already recommended this place to family & friends!

The Hotel was spotless, and the staff was extremely friendly. The common area has a private home feel, with large kitchen, dining area and living room space for use by guests. The neighborhood is safe and a stones throw away from the Friday night food festival in the village. Five minute drive to the Rodney bay shopping area and beaches

Tropical Breeze was a very good experience for me. I was comfortable the whole time, the employees and manager were very helpful and willing, and even though I was in a shared space it never felt that way. I always felt like I had the place to myself lol. And its very affordable. I would definitely stay there again.

Very Nice

Not a resort, just a nice place to stay. With 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen and being very clean, I highly recommend it. It is in a local neighborhood in Gros Islet. All the Staff were helpful and very nice people. I love St Lucia and with our group of 6 with my Grandkids we needed a one night stay. This was perfect. It is a good value, nothing fancy. We all liked our short stay.

For the night of Oct 20, everything was Ok; For the second stay Oct 28 -30 , we got Confirmation from Expedia & from the Ownership of Tropical Breeze, but when we got to Tropical Breeze on Oct 28 we were informed that they had overbooked, and we were taken to a Guest house nearby that was a little less than ok ( somewhat disappointing ) and still cost us more.
