"The hotel was clean and wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly. The only reason for a couple of my low ratings is because the daily mandatory resort fee didn’t really get us much. If you want beach chairs or cabanas, you need to pay additional fees. "

"cancelled our room when we didnt arrive exactly at 3 during check in time with no prior warning or attempts to reach out - refused to offer another room saying the hotel was overbooked. Extremely disrespectful and rude front desk staff who gave wrong information about policies as well."
