"The hotel has an excellent location right in the center of Banff town, which makes it very convenient to access everything. It also provides a complimentary 3-day bus pass, allowing guests to easily travel to all major attractions. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance, which is extremely convenient.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived in the morning, and they kindly arranged an early check-in so we didn’t have to wait until the afternoon, which was much appreciated.
The restaurant downstairs is also a pleasant surprise, offering good food at very reasonable prices.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and a great experience. Highly recommended."
