"Amazing hotel offering Ritz type service without the arrogance. Great location for downtown conference/6th Street fun. Gold Level is the way to go! And did I mention the exquisite pool and pool service. Worth the cost."

"Its a decent place and was clean in the rooms. There were certain areas of the property that might've been a little sus. It looks like it needs some updating, but I'm happy for the purpose it serves and the fact of being so close to the airport. That was my whole reason."

"Everytime I walked in my room a smell would hit me. The best way I could describe the smell would be a very hairy wet dog. I was scared to take off my socks or go under the bed sheets. The pillows were very small. The bath tub looked gross. The room had a walkout patio to the parking lot which in my option was a security risk as the only thing separating you from a person with bad intentions was a breakable sliding glass door. If you wanted to use the workout room you had to go to the front desk as no ones key could open the door. The only good thing about this stay was the people at the desk. They were all very nice and helpful but wow this place was disgusting. DO NOT let the pictures of the lobby fool you."

"Calling to see if I could get checked in sooner was annoying because couldnt talk to live person and AI attendant said no. Fortunately, walking in and talking to real human had better results. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine. The only thing is nobody every clean the room while I was staying. The other irritating thing was Expedia did not tell me I had to pay $16 per day to park here. Its an Airport Hotel and they shoukd know visitors will be renting a car from the airport also to exploy Austin and too far to feasible only use Uber. So seemed pretty predatory. They apologized but didn't offer to get a manager or make an exception. They just said if I got a Hotel in town the parking was free. But that seems opposite. Because if I'm in heart of Austin I wouldn't have needed a rental car or wouldve used Uber. So this Hotel was cheaper until you factor in the parking fees."
