There were a good selection of restaurants and the beaches were good. You could hire sunbeds etc and water sports equipment. There were life guards on a nearby beach and some good waves for surfing/body boarding.

Staff in breakfast area were amazing 2 mornings and one morning it seemed like they didn’t want to be there. A really good part of Barbados to base oneself. Lots of amenities nearby and a good base to explore the rest of the island by car (hired at the airport for duration of stay)
