"This is a Mom and Pop type establishment and the ownera are the sweetest people. This is definitely an economic stay and don’t expect all the extras. But what you can expect is great service, a central location, and if you want to snorkel or go diving the take off is in your backyard. We enjoyed our stay."

"The pool area and grounds are very nice. The rooms/beds are old and could use some updates. It was more like staying in a temporary dorm room with bunk beds than a hotel room. The continental breakfast was OK. They do have a Starbucks coffee machine available 24 hours. The shower got hot with plenty of water pressure. The AC worked great. The toilet was almost up againt the shower so that may be a problem for some people. NYAH is in a great location and within walking distance of Duval street....

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. They had a shuttle that made it very convenient to be able to go downtown and get picked up from downtown and come back to the hotel. We flew in, we never needed a car.We stayed there five days and four nights and really liked the property.And the staff and the rooms were nice.The pool was nice and again.The shuttle to go downtown and be picked up and come back with awesome and shuttle to the airport"

"Great location to harbor, shopping, restaurants. Adequate continental breakfast & fruit available but no coffee or tea service offered after 10 am. Nice pool with towels & outdoor sitting areas. Friendly staff but not intrusive. Via Expedia, we booked a king bed suite. Our area happened to be room #16 at the end of Heron Court. Nice for privacy and access to pool but did not expect that the bedroom & bath would be upstairs in a loft area. Stairs were very steep and loft and bath area...
