for the Dollars this was totally acceptable. No complaints. Slept well bed was ok not the best but have slept on worse for more $. Room was tidy and clean enough no complaints. Very good location we just walked to the leagues club for dinner. Great friendly staff, booking in was a breeze. Would stay again no problems

There is nothing unique about this property. It is just what you'd expect from an owner who wants to run a successful accommodation business; it's clean, quiet, safe, and managed by friendly and courteous staff.

Property in very poor condition. Pot holes in drive way that l twisted my ankle in, carpet has a gapping hole at the bottom step which has potential of a heal of shoe being court in it. Our rooms carpet was so stained and worn, taps leaking when turned on, toilet stained. So overall very poor for todays standards.

The room was tidy but the bathroom area was filthy, very heavy mould around the shower door. We were advised it was hard to clean. Someone did come back and made a half hearted effort to clean. Most of the horizontal surfaces had coffee or tea cup stains and the first piece of cutlery we pulled out of the drawer has not been washed properly. We had to stay another night but did not extend our stay. We moved out to a clean and tidy hotel not far from this one. Yes it was budget accommodation but there is no excuse for this sort of presentation. They have a we do not care attitude

We were greeted by very friendly gentleman. The room was sufficient for our needs but i was surprised by state of bathroom. The toilet was not clean, I cleaned the shower before we used it. We took all our belongings in before realising or we would have asked if there was an alternative. The sink cupbd was wet but the gentleman dud come diwn to check. A plumber was reqd so we used some extra towels to prevent any damage. The wardrobe door did not close properly as one of hinges was broken. I informed them of that. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen sink was useful and the microwave worked. We were there because i had surgery booked and my husband wanted to be close by. The very worst thing was the bottles of shampoo and conditioner that had been left on floor of shower were cover in mould and mildew, there was no shelf to have them or soap on, and the door of bathroom butted up to light fitting when u open the door.
