"Nice clean hotel and very nice staff"

"The property was good for what we needed it for place to sleep and change. The front desk staff was having a hard time with the computer system finding our reservation even tho I had the printed out papers as well as the on line confirmation. 20 later they got us checked in. The room was clean but very basic. No blow dryer or coffee pot, towels were minimal for 2 people. The shower control was not grouted in and was hard to regulate water temperature. "The place was ok for a lone traveler but people live there and I wasn't comfortable with that. Didn't use the pool because of that. Didn't feel so safe. The place itself is nice and close to the crane roost. The walk there was great. No one bothered you though so that was good. At night only weed was smelling good outside the apt"

"I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great and the coffee all day was awesome! Our room was even better. We expected a bed and a bathroom and nothing else. When we walked in we had a full kitchen which was a great surprise and super useful for us. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in the area. We originally booked for two nights but extended for another which was seamless."

"Front desk and management were super helpful with a last minute emergency during our stay. We had to check out a day early and the staff and management refunded us for the early check out. "The owner, Margie, gave us a complete history of the inn upon our arrival. The inn is filled top to bottom with antiques, artwork and statuary. Loaded with artwork by the Florida Highwaymen and many works of art featuring Margie’s beloved Irish Wolfhounds, three of which live on site, but were kept in a different part of the inn. Check in/out was easy. Location is nearby the main downtown shopping area."

We asked if she could give us the number, she looked at me straight in my eyes and said google it. "This is a small out of the way older property . Nothing fancy . Not so much a family fun spot and away from the crowds. It's not 5 star but it's comfortable. I have stayed here about 12 times when i go to Orlando. I return twice a year to clean my family cemetery plots not for the attractions. The husband and wife staff are very friendly. I have never seen any bugs in the rooms . And I always feel safe. A nice quiet place, inexpensive, away from the crowds, nothing fancy."
