"They did not cleaned our room until we check out and it was a late check out."

"Hotel has some music during the day to set a mood (but volume is fine). First night music was still on till 1:00 AM but since room are poor isolated it was very hard to fall asleep. same thing happened on second day untill i called front desk around 22:00 (since i couldnt believe at first it was from the hotel)."

"Broken toilets , outdated , missing amenities , late breakfast. Breakfast starts at 8 am Too many flaws for the price . Outside looks good but the rooms are not , can’t seat on toilet because my face will hit the paper towel dispenser that’s mounted on the way . Lots of better choices . "

"Thw room were not clean at all. The breakfast was okay. The sauna and jacuzzi were great even though the stuff were there but the customer service were not the best. "

"Pros. Nice view, courteous staff, relatively clean and comfortable accommodations. The host provided breakfast items to allow guests to prepare their own breakfast. Cons. 1. Not really set up as a true glamping experience. 2. Location in Expedia map is not correct. The property is actually located before the town of El Penol. 3. After we arrived, a house right next door began playing extremely loud music which started at 8 pm until around 4 am in the morning. It was so loud sleep was impossible. We finally gave up and requested the host contact the police for relief but to no avail. Then at 8 am that same morning a different property also began playing loud music. So, two properties were blasting their music at the same time made it extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say, both properties were completely disrespecting the peace and quiet most guests are seeking from a glamping experience. We decided to check out early. Although we intended to give it a two-star rating, we gave it 3 stars because of the view. "
