"Check-in was not good. Room was 2 hours late being ready and not recognized as a VIP. No additional accommodations, I.e. free parking and/or waiving if the resort fee offered. Breakfast was over crowded and woefully short on food coming out of the kitchen. It said free breakfast but we didn’t get to eat it due to lack of food coming out. Beautiful property, great location but the experience certainly feel short."

"Loved this stay! Was glad that we were assigned the ocean view room away from the pool area so it was more private. The ocean view was beautiful and calming. We basically had the balcony sliding door open the entire stay. Everything was super clean. Close to a beach and their downtown area. Beautiful views when walking on the path next to the hotel.
