"So it started with Zara at the front desk rude on the phone and not helping me find the location where the shuttle bus is (I called twice and she almost hang up on me before finishing the conversation). The driver of the shuttle was really nice and kind. Then in the room, the toilet seat was dirty with yellow stains, I had to clean it. I took pictures. The shower head was leaking. The bed was clean and comfortable."

"AC was good. 2 lights didn’t work in the room making it quite dark. Slow check in process. But nice Front desk staff."

"Room was clean but elevator seemed old and made sounds. Also the floor in the breakfast area was not clean. They needed more staff. While the staff were very pleasant, I had a billing issue as they couldn't see that I paid for my room via Orbitz and I was accidentally charged again for my stay. Took some time to investigate the matter. "

"Staff was helpful. Shuttle bus was easy to use. The drivers were knowledgeable about the airport. I wish there had been an earlier breakfast option for those with an early flight. But all in all I was happy with the stay!"
