"The room I booked was given to others by mistake of a staff but the manager Kevin and the staff Tim and La Ron were helpful to resolve the issue. The hygiene of the breakfast needs improvement tho as flies are always around and the waffle area is always in a mess. Also tables are not cleaned on time after each use."

"All was very good as expected except 1) the AC in the bedroom (and AC was absolutely necessary last night) blows directly at the bed, and it's only 3 feet away with no moving louvers to direct the flow. But the ironing board with a blanket draped over it solved that. The bed itself was fine, but the pillows (all of them) were atrocious - had the feel of a laundry baga with various amounts of lumped stuff inside. Inserting bath towels made it easier to forget what was underneath."

"Building itself is dated and rooms feel a bit stuffy: but they did a good job of updating decor and the Hilton digital key works here which is a plus. The first room we got had an AC unit that sounded like a machine gun, so we requested a room change which was done promptly. The new room was fine. Breakfast is acceptable though nothing special."
