"Absolute gem of a place. If you know, you know this is what boutique stays are all about. Stylish, relaxed, top tier attention to detail, amazing service that makes like you are staying with your coolest friends (that you probably don't have in real life - lol). "We had an excellent week at Il Querciolo. It is an ideal location for a base to explore Tuscany with Arezzo, Siena and Florence all within easy reach. If you prefer quieter smaller towns, there are plenty to choose from, such as Cortona, Monte San Savino, Gargonza, Lucignano, Castiglion Fiorentino - all close by. Cesare and family were amazing hosts and provided a warm welcome and plenty of suggestions of places to visit. They also produce some amazing wine, which you have to try when you stay. Also recommend the breakfast they provide with homemade breads, cakes and biscuits. The pool is great when you want a relaxing day on site and has a stunning view over the valley and provides fantastic sunsets in the late evening. We definitely hope to return for another stay."
