"Kitchen was marginally equipped for cooking. Different features were of average quality. Drawers in kitchen performed poorly. Bathroom was marginal. No plug for sink or tub until we asked. Washer worked, dryer was terrible and we had to hang clothing around to dry. Beautiful property. Landscaping exceptional but interiors were lacking."

"The property was lovely and our stay and Wanaka was great. The only gripe that I have is the office is only open certain hours and when you get there a bit early, there is no opportunity for you to maybe check into your room if it is already clean."

"Air conditioning at Room 28 need to be service. As water dripping from the indoor unit onto the entry carpet. Need bucket to collect dripping water. Garage very tiny. Car very difficult to park in but plenty of sideway carparks available. Overall, great view, clean, quite and comfortable stays. "

"Outstanding stay! Alan was an amazing host and the rooms were beautifully appointed. Every detail of the grounds were perfect…. The Weeping Willow tree, the hot tub, the community living are we’re all just outstanding! A 20 min beach walk to town, it was a delightful experience. "
