"This place is a gem. It's quiet, the staff is friendly, and anything you could need is nearby. You're only a few steps from the ocean, and the property has been thoughtfully renovated."

"The location, breakfast and pool are the best points. The building definitely needs some upgrades. Our balcony had a large crack and rust. The room itself was nice but dirty. Came into handprints all over the ocean view window. There was something spilled on the coffee machine and floor near fridge. I found several pieces of trash in our room upon coming into the room.We were out of towels and soap and it took multiple requests to get any. At night there is just one worker and he is running ad there is no one to help him. We plan to return to nags head but would probably try another place."
