"This place needs lots of improvements and help. The room was deluxe king and the layout is good but cheaply built. Bathroom has no where to place any of your bathroom necessities. Pool was not open first day due to failure of inspection but did open next day. The 2nd day of the pool opened it already had no towels. When it had towels 1st day they were just little bigger than a foot towel. Staff wondered around a little but didn’t do much. The poop trash for dogs was overflowing. It’s sad...

One thing to know before visiting is that dogs are not allowed on the beach in Kill Devil Hills from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the summer.
