"This property is really lovely, it’s in a questionable area of town but once inside you can appreciate the beautiful rooms, the pool area and the decor. Lots of tropical plants and the staff were wonderful. There is a soccer field right across the street and nights were very noisy til quite late. The bar and food at poolside was a plus. "The suites are very nice and roomy. We were in Suite 2 and had a private balcony area and convenient pool area just for the suites. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Lalo is the manager and he responded immediately to any request. Overall a very pleasant stay."

"We had a wonderful 5 day stay here. Initially our room was not what we had expected so we were given another room the next day, which was so much better. They aim to please here! There is a mini fridge in the room (with complimentary beverages). A water cooler was also a great add on (on the second floor) to refill our water bottles. "3rd time to this fantastic resort that’s as authentic Mexico you can’t get. If you’re looking for luxury, 5 star, white counters resort this is not the place for you. This is all about experiencing Mexican food, culture, and the people. "This place had the best customer service ever!! They had attention to detail in the room and outside area. Our room was very clean, food was delicious. The views are phenomenal. I can't wait to come back. This place is a ten plus. Only one downside was for what ever reason it did not take our Discover credit card and it wasn't on our end. Overall I definitely recommend this place 100%."
