Starting even before the trip started - our family "Buttler" contacted us way in advance, asked for some info and by the we arrived we were greeted with a totally customized welcome package. "My family and I had a great time at La Estancia (which also includes all access to the Flamingo.) The grounds were spotless, the food was great (we did an all inclusive, which I would recommend) and the room was spacious (we had a two bedroom suite with balcony.) Appreciated the events they held (a fiesta one night, a Mexican dance review another.) "

"A 10/10 experience. The room and hotel was beautiful and so very clean. The standards are so high here. The breakfast was excellent and refreshing, as was the coffee. We will definitely be back one day!"

"Customer service here was attentive and friendly. The attached cafe is excellent. The pool was always clean and a good temp, and the locations is fantastic. The only things to keep in mind are that you will hear roosters starting at 4am and they will crow until aprox 10pm and there is currently construction next door but they wait till 8am to start so it wasn’t much of a bother for us."
