I had an issue with my first room .The attendant quickly corrected the problem and upgraded our stay. There are some things that needed to be better, but over all it was a comfortable stay.

the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the resort is clean, all services available, and a very welcoming stay. the location is close to the main street but still hidden away with great views. would stay there again in a heart beat!

It was a nice place to stay. The room was a little damaged from the bathroom. Roof being looked like it had water damage from previous, but still fine.

Friendly check in, location has great amount of parking, noise level was appropriate all around. Highly recommend their comfort suites! Only complaint is that the ice machine is not free but ¢.25 isn’t the end of the world. I would return.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. I realize that they had recently gone thru a change of ownership and were in the midst of changing their color scheme and other details of the facility but they lacked any type of laundry service on site and offered no other amenities.

they are dirty and they charge my card and i didn’t stay there so i went up there and ask them how did yall get my card info and i didn’t stay there and they never had any cards

I paid for a suite with the 2 bedroom split when I got there I only got a king size bed they had gave out my room to someone else I feel they should have gave me my money back for not giving me the room I paid for

Please list this property as “adults only” if you’re going to have questionable characters in and out of there and porn blaring on the tv on initial power on. Not real appropriate for a 13 year old girl. Disappointed.

It says check in is at 2pm, but when I got there the guy said 3pm and charged $20 Extra to check in at 2pm. Then the TV didn’t work and since it had been more than 10 minutes since I checked in they wouldn’t change my room!

Disgusting place! The pipe was broken under the sink water everywhere. No wifi, open during painting of building while it was windy. Paint was spraying right on us as we tried to exit room. I went to call Expedia but left my phone in the car and was stuck outside for 2 hours in the middle of a gang fight. Police everywhere. Bug infestation, some wall outlet plates were missing, cigarette burns all over comforter, 1/2 bathroom door missing , walls were filthy, popcorn ceiling, peeling lead paint, paint was sprayed on my car
