"You could tell if they were trying to renovate the property. The carpets were filthy. The floor is even in the room were dirty. I spilled some water on the floor. I grabbed a hand towel to clean it up and the white towel was brown from the dirt on the floor. Ask for the room to be cleaned and afterwards the floor was still dirty. "To be honest the staff especially Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China are excellent in customer service and people skills. The General Manager however is a passive aggressive female who needs an attitude adjustment and cannot exist without her excellent staff. "Our stay was amazing. We were able to check in early as I arrived at 11am and check in was not until 3 but once they found out we drove all night from Florida they checked to see if a room was ready and let us check in. Room was very spacious and being able to cook for my son in law was a huge plus! The best part was being able to do a fast super early am check out when we left. We will definitely be back "
