"The staff is great. They must have kept my notes from a prior stay, they put me in a corner room/ top floor which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Bed linens impeccably clean. "Breakfast, and the staff in the breakfast area, were great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and every morning. The room was comfortable (the air conditioner was pretty loud when the compressor kicked in). The shower was great. The only problem was that housekeeping never came to clean or replenish the towels in the six days we stayed, even when we stopped by the front desk in the morning to inform them that we would be away for the day. The TV was very loud when it came...

"some one either threw up or spilled liquid on rug inside front entrance. they put a wet floor sign up til it dried then left the dried mess there all weekend. 4 of us were staying in the room, when we arrived we had 2 washcloths nothing else!! called front desk and was told they couldn’t leave desk so we went down to pick up towels and were told they were in dryer , come back in 10 minutes. that could have been explained when we first called them…. the rod holding our shower curtain was hanging...

"This hotel is run down, there was 0 hot water and when I asked the front desk he said oh yeah the water heater has been broke for 2 days - you fail to mention this to your customers??? The room was dark and old and very noisy. The entire floor smelled like marijuana. It was so bad I checked out before I was supposed to and given the hot water issue no refund or attempt to make it right was made Do NOT stay here"

"Garbage strewn in the hall, also bins of garbage in hall, water leak in hall. Toilet seat not installed properly, broken shade stored in corner of room. No desk chair, linens dingy, hair in between sheets. Room in disrepair. Not to the standards of other Quaility Inns."

"The hotel is dated and they have smoking options so you can smell that clearly which is a turn off for a non smoker like me. However, the staff are so kind and attentive. Joan and Wanda were super helpful courteous and helpful. It is a decent place to stay for affordability."
