"My room was not clean the beds looked like it was slept in sheets were very worn. The floors were sticky and black. Ask for them to clean it while we were out and never happened had to ask the front desk for towels because they didn’t put any in my room. The staff at the front desk was amazing. Just the room needed to be cleaned better. "

The night manager said that we would have to call Expedia to get a refund that he could not help us. So, no room, no help, no refund. Totally rude and non helpfull. "
