My sister and I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thanks to Terrie for being incredibly hospitable, she went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Great customer service like this really makes a difference. I love Hampton inns but!

The staff was excellent and the room was nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Very hard and lumpy. The shower was awful. The head would not stay up and kept falling down. Other than that everything was good.

I knew it was downhill when I couldn’t even get into the room. The door was jammed. Had to have the front desk staff open the door. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean! Hair all over the toilet seat. Sitting water and soap scum in the bathtub. The lamp bases were dirty. Just overall a very dirty room. I’m very disappointed with my stay. The other reviews were misleading. The staff was pleasant the only good thing about this stay.
