Rio San Juan Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Small, older motel-style hotel with bar/restaurant on site. In the restaurant the staff were very kind, attentive and helpful (The steak was great and drinks were good). Discovered Cockroach infestation (multiple sizes) in our room (kitchen). Owner was extremely belligerent and combative, refused any resolution including denying checkout receipt. (Contacted via front desk staff and directly by Expedia, see owner responses to other guest reviews for reference.) Restaurant is run by a different individual. "

"Was up graded without even asking. This resort was first class on every aspect. Only wish we’d booked a longer stay. Will be back next year "
