"The hotel has a shared kitchen with snacks (fruit and biscuits) and tea and coffee making facilities - it was well stocked and it was also possible to fill the re-fillable water bottles provided by the hotel in the kitchen. The hotel also provided a bar each afternoon on an honesty system - the hotel's common areas - lounge room and courtyard were delightful and the perfect place to relax with a drink or a cup of tea. "

"We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro."

"Clean room. Very spacious with a very comfortable large king size bed. Great location a couple mins walk to the train. Rooftop pool and bar with great views. The only issue we had here was that uber drivers could never get to us so we would have to walk the nearby laneway and book from the main street. "

"Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist...

"We loved our stay at Icon Hotel! It’s a great location, right by a metro station, and the neighborhood is lively and safe. The rooftop bar has a beautiful hire, great drinks, and amazing service (especially Marcello!). The onsite restaurant is delicious. Rooms are spacious, have great views, and housekeeping is prompt and excellent (especially Jazmin). "

"Wonderful hotel in a great/safe area with the national park on your door step as well as the Costenera Tower and shopping centre 15 min walk away. The hotel served a lovely breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful and happy to hold your bags after checkout. The rooftop pool was a welcome cooldown after walking around all day and was a lovely area to relax in the evenings with amazing views. Our room was spacious and comfortable. "Traveled with family (teenagers). The hotel was comfortable and staff were very responsive and friendly, (specially Yohans). Breakfast was good but not comparable to other high end resorts we have visited. Hotel location was central but not as walkable as other parts of the city (Bellavista etc). Rooms were comfortable but your expectations will decide the level of luxury. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Staff were the highlight. "
