"The only good thing about our stay was that the hotel staff did a good job at cleaning our rooms. The elevator broke and it was down for two days - they stuck us on the 4FL and my elderly parents and I had to walk the stairs. The Room service that they advertised to order foos was non-existent. They did not answer the phones. The wifi went out for about 3 days of our total stay which I needed to utilize for work (The reason I chose that hotel) I will definitely not be staying there again on my return visit to Ixtapaluca. "
