Bem razoável. Demora no check In, diversas exigências desnecessárias, não vejo a menor necessidade de enviar uma cópia do meu documento. Não conseguimos fazer o check In devido um “problema” no sistema, mesmo apresentando comprovante da reserva. Isso gerou muito desconforto.
