"I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least."

"Wonderful boutique hotel, we were so pleased and happy to stay here. The staff was wonderful, the property beautiful, there were kayaks and bikes to use. Overall great. Just thought that the restaurant was exceptionally overpriced for dinner, more than the Ritz! However the food was great. Would stay here again. "

"Excelente estadía, buen servicio y el desayuno/comida del restaurant riquísima. La habitación Pehuen es amplia y la cama super cómoda. Una oportunidad de mejora es que el ruido del área de restaurante y de la habitación de arriba se percibían en la habitación, cada vez que caminaban arriba o rodaban maletas se escuchaba debajo y nos interrumpió un poco el sueño. "This hotel is absolutely terrible and I highly recommend against staying here. The property is not maintained, the rooms look like trashy motel rooms. The food options for breakfast are low quality and limited, the service is beyond terrible. We lost money on our booking because we stayed one night and had to leave. It was gross, save your money.
