The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking available right from the hotel! What a plus! Unfortunately no single kayaks which is what I like, just two doubles. There was a lot of condensation on the window in the room which created small pools of water on the window sill and we had to wipe the windows down to be able to see the gorgeous view. In spite of the problems, and clearly improvements are needed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Unfortunately the hotel structure makes it difficult to describe the hotel as a boutique experience.It was fine for 2 nights,great walking nearby,but the finish of the hotel is poor.Having read previous reviews the management have improved many of the previous complaints.Air conditioning was in the rooms,breakfast buffet was topped up regularly etc.Its the finish of the hotel that is poor,flooring,shower flooded bathroom etc.None of this is the fault of the staff but the design & build.No easy fix

Villa La Angostura com Família

Hotel localizado na região do Puerto Manzano em Villa La Angostura. É necessário andar alguns quilometros em estrada de terra para chegar no hotel, que fica em uma área mais remota da região. O quarto era bastante espaço e limpo, mas alguns pontos podem melhorar, como a piscina que o aquecimento não é tao bom e o restaurante que menos opções e comida mediana. Há poucas opções de alimentação e atividades nas proximidades, sendo necessário deslocar até a cidade (Villa La Angostura). Ideal é estar com carro. No inverno, é necessário cuidado com dias de muita neve que podem dificultar o acesso. Ponto positivo é a proximidade para o Cerro Bayo, ótimo ponto para ski e atividades com neve.

Banheiro e quarto excelentes, vista linda e roupas de cama e toalhas excelentes. A parte de academia e piscina, deixou a desejar por ser um hotel "boutique", da mesma forma que alguns detalhes e cuidados faltaram. Sentimos falta de um welcome drink. Café da manhã fraco, por ser um hotel boutique. Pedi um omelete e tem custo adicional, por exemplo.

Lindo hotel a la orilla del lago

Lindo Hotel a la orilla del río para una escapada romántica. El restaurante es delicioso, el staff es 10/10 Le podrían subir la temperatura a la piscina en invierno y revisar el tema de limpieza en la piscina, nos cruzamos con un grupo de niños que dejaron la piscina en un estado desastroso. Los cuartos son muy cómodos, nos dejaron hacer late check out.
