First of all, the staff were very nice and attentive. The problem was no WiFi and they couldn’t tells us why. There are no safes in the room and the ones at the desk were full. The television was terrible with 3-4 channels and in general, the hotel is overpriced.

It's a very nice hotel, but it's old, well kept not modernized. Because of covid, the swimming pool was closed.

3 nights in paradise

Arrived at Tunquelen after a hectic travel day from buenos aires and a few hours in the touristy bariloche center. The drive was a bit long but from the second we turned off the road into the long forested driveway, serenity was upon us. Situated on 6 hectacres of nature and located just up a grassy hill fromthe lake, the views and silence are perfect. The layaout and style of the place could not be better. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Dinner at their restaurant was delicous. My only gripe with the place was that some of the spa facilities were not in service, oh well. Could not imagine a more perfect patagonian getaway, highly highly recommend this place to anyone wanting peace, relaxation, luxury in a truly beautiful setting.

Estadía Hotel Tunquelen

Todo bien, pero el Desayuno un poco simple, y las Habitaciones algo descuidadas, por lo antiguas. El Radiador para la calefacción de la Habitación tenía un goteo permanente al apagarlo, y la cerradura por lo antigua costaba que la llave calzara. El Ascensor también muy antiguo. Los alrededores extraordinarios, pero se nota que al Hotel le falta Mantención.

Un clásico, de arquitectura elegante y sobria

El edificio es una joya, diseñado por el Arq Bustillo, responsable de gran parte del panorama arquitectónico de Bariloche (entre otros, del emblemático hotel Llao-Llao). El entorno natural es bellísimo, y el servicio, muy profesional. Altamente recomendable.

Para nosotros, el mejor hotel de Bariloche

El servicio fue excelente y el hotel, espectacular. La playa que da al lago, la pileta climatizada, el desayuno y los cuartos son increíbles. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la calidad y hospitalidad de la gente: en especial de Rodrigo, Ana, Ivonne, y todo el resto del equipo quienes se esforzaron para que tuvieramos una experiencia insuperable. Muchas gracias!!!
