Most pleasant surprise were the friendly staff that greeted us everyday. Would recommend this hotel for any visitors who are looking to explore all Paris has to offer"

"citizenM is a unique hotel. Rooms are small, but very comfortable. The hotel has no lobby in the traditional sense, but rather a large “living room”, with couches, small tables, armchairs etc. - a pleasant place to hang out. Location is right on the Champs Elyssee, an easy walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast is good. A rooftop bar has a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended."

"Mixed experience. On one side a five star hotel, but the restaurant was closed and available dishes very limited, TV was down several times (not a big issue, but having some music in the room when we were in had been great). We had a 2 double bed room that was just enough spacious for us (2 adults, 1 child) but to small for 4 people. There was definitively not enough space in wardrobes for clothes. The bathroom was also very small, no separation of toilet seat and rest, good enough for 1 person but not for 3 or 4. I also missed sort of a business center to do printing but the Concierge was able to do this for you. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Interior of the hotel and the rooms match the 5 star level. Great location, close to Arc the Triomphe and the whole surrounding. "

"Our room was spacious enough, well decorated and very clean. The staff was superb and very accommodating. We loved the area as it was walkable for us to many points of interest and the location was accessible by train."

"The hotel is located in a very nice area of Paris and 300 feet from a Metro stop, which was very convenient. We walked to the Place de Vosges in 5 minutes and Notre Dame Cathedral in 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful, especially Tim at the front desk. We found our room to be small for a "Classic Double" (it seemed smaller than the online photo) but the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom/shower was excellent. Skipped in the expensive in-hotel breakfast to take advantage of two excellent bakeries less than a block away from the hotel."

"Quiet. Clean.comfy beds. Lots if choice at breakfast. Next to the metro station. Walking distance to notre dame, and louvre. Short ride to Eifel Tower and other museum. Enjoyable stay. Staff helpful and friendly."
