"Very central great for getting around on foot"

"Super clean room, modern, good shower and bed, nice and quiet, 10 minutes from the train station, breakfast was done in time slots and was ok maybe could have had more selection, staff were friendly, my only bugbear was the WiFi was really slow and i ended up using my hot-spot instead "

"My first impression of the hotel is very good with the display of the hotel ground level. However I found the service is vey limited: the clean up is not through and they did not refill coffee pods for 2 nights. Then I had to phone the service which is always busy. I had to drag myself out of bad to the reception in order to get coffee! Then, I got a knock on the door to clean the room so I tried to leave to give them some time to do it. Even though I spent three hours outside and came back to the untouched room. So I spoke with the cleaning person on the corridor and was told to go to reception for the arrangement! I almost found this feels like staying in a hostel with the hotel price!"

"It would receive a higher review if our room facing the street wasn’t so noise. But, it’s a good place to stay, with a walkable distance to train station and main tourist attractions."

"The bed in our room was so hard and old. It creaked with out hardly moving. …no sleep because of it. Breakfast was okay, food was barely warm both mornings, had to ask for new coffee because it was cold. Location was good. "

"Great hotel & awesome staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. It is about 10 min walk from Duomo. They also supply water and snacks at no cost to the guests. The room is very clean everyday. The breakfast were also excellent for the price. We enjoyed staying for 10 days. "

"My only complaint was there were no power sockets at both bedside cabinets which is very unusual as needed for charging phones, cameras etc, had to unplug tv on sideboard opposite bed to use socket and also buy a travel adapter as there was no usb port, there was one thankfully in bathroom for styling tong, bedroom was very dated."

"Clean and spacious room. Restaurant had good options and caffe was open early to grab a coffe and pastry before our day. "
