"We had such a great stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was super welcoming and stylish without feeling over the top. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a cool modern look that made it feel a little more special than your average hotel. The staff really stood out—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. It’s always a big plus when you feel taken care of without it feeling forced. The location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to check out, which made getting around super easy. Overall, it was just a really smooth, enjoyable experience. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, relaxed stay with a little personality."

"I stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable I slept great every night! Hotel staff were always welcoming and very polite. Perfect location! Everything was walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cleveland! 10/10"

"Booked here because of the indoor pool, which was closed. Disappointed. There was garbage all over in front from one of the garbage cans & still like that the next day. Horrible loud guests until 3 am, which I complained about 3 times & it took 3-4 calls each time to get the front desk to answer & nothing was done about it & smelled marijuana. Traveling with a child & got no sleep & no swim. "
