"The pool and hot tub were cleaned and ph checked daily. The splash pad was also there for the tots. Bathroom in pool area was also a plus. Hotel offers shuttle service to areas within a mile radius. This included transport to Globe Life Field, Six Flags over Texas. I was in town for The American Rodeo. They did charge for transport to Globe Life Field for this event but I was glad I didn't have to fight traffic. You just had to call when you were ready for pickup. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and biscuits for breakfast. The biscuits were delicious. If you wanted extra towels, you just need to ask at front desk. All the staff was friendly and helpful."

"I thought the beds were super comfortable. The spa was nice and hot. Overall, this hotel was overpriced and kind of run down, it seemed dingy. They have a huge parking lot, yet they charge $20 per night for parking which is completely unreasonable. I would not recommend this hotel."

"I checked a day early. to spend overnight with the family I came to visit. I was pleased with the person who cleaned the room. However, when I called the front desk to notify them the commode was not flushing completely, I was advised to come get a plunger. I told them I was not going to come get a plunger. Later that day I notified a person I saw in the bathroom, about the commode being slow to flush completely. Someone came with a plunger and attempted to hand it to me. I told the person I'm a guest not an employee. About 15 mi later a male employee came with a plunger & unstopped the commode. Also, when I needed to call the front desk I had to use my cellphone. When I checked out, I told the person at the front desk, the phone in rm 146 seemed not to be working. She stayed the phone in rm 146 doesn't work. I did not appreciate the staff knowing assigning me to a room that did not have a working phone. The two incidents I'm mentioning is no way to treat a senior person. I'm over 70 yrs old and I was traveling alone. I did not appreciate being assigned to the last room on the hall without a working phone and being expected to unstop their commode !!"
