"Horrible. The room was so dirty. There was still glitter on the floor from someone else. The mirror never cleaned. Super nasty office chair, broken cabinet, the pool was dirty. Literally a dead big beetle in the center of the white tile hallway for hours. Almost no staff around. Bathroom door was disgustingly. I have never left a bad review. That says a lot.
The hotel was not full for a Thursday, yet he still put us below a room full of jumping kids when we informed him that we had been...

"Great Hotel,clean room,and a very good breakfast.(Added bonus free shuttle to and from airport). The staff at(DFW Hyatt Place)is one of the best I've ever dealt with while traveling. Mason is one of finest young man I've ever met in the hotel buisness. He's very detailed, friendly and polite,he took care of me and my family with great care and great service, even though we we're just passing thru Dallas. "Positives: Comfortable bed, nice pool, and a big tv(55") with roku for streaming all the TV apps. Good breakfast.
Negatives: the front elevator was out of service so EVERYONE had to use the only other elevator at the back of the hotel, other than that it was great. I'd rate it a 8.5 out of 10"

"Everything for our short stay was great. My only suggestion is management addressing what felt like a shortage with the shuttle services. Staff handled it well and were polite but overwhelmed and we luckily caught a shuttle an hour after our flight and not being able to reach the shuttle service line. We would have had to wait at least another hour if not or get a care service. The driver was super nice and friendly and again were the staff, it was a breeze to check in and out the next morning...

"Two of four elevators were broken/out of service. Have to pay for parking that staff at check in does not reiterate nor make clear. Breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary. Can tell its powdered eggs and previously frozen pancakes. Would think for an advertised 4 Star hotel that quality would be better. The room took forever to cool down....but then again we are in excessive heat so that may play a factor. Location is wonderful and everything is nearby."

They claimed it’s under renovation but the truth it’s not exist and I think they put pictures to fool you
I ask them for refund but they didn’t and my lawyer will contact them soon I promise to not leave my right after long trip from New Haven ct to Texas to watch the game
