"The room smelled so bad like mould and mildew. One of the hotel staff offered to move us to a different room which also smelled like ammonia. I had to call Expedia to get a refund. Luckily, the Fairfield was across the street so I got to stay there instead. save yourself the time."

"Food is less desirable .. typical all inclusive
The butler service is not helpful at all .. didn’t get our fridge refilled , or rsvp to restaurants were either not made or made incorrectly. The room service doesn’t provide drinks — the grilled cheese was 2 pieces of cheese on non grilled bread .
The dinner restaurants are very good / Japanese , steakhouse and Italian were our favorite.
We upgraded to a swim up room / highly recommended- this saved our trip .
