"Every single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! I am so glad I decided to stay at this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back here next time visiting Venice again!!"

"Beautifully decorated hotel in the perfect location along the Grand Canal right near the Rialto Bridge. Streets were busy, but our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable - especially our mattress which was great for my bad back. The breakfast was very delicious with many gluten-free options like omelettes, pancakes and waffles for my celiac husband. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Waterway entrance is Venice perfection. Our suite was very large and well appointed. Electronic communications were very good and I would recommend you coordinate for water taxi transport to and from the airport. Fabulous!"

"A fantastic historical building with amenities very close by. Wow factor as soon as you enter and the staff are wonderful. Alexander and Live are fantastic hosts and go out of their way to help. The room was marbled with very high ceilings and we had a balcony view which was superb to look out of and take in the scenery."

"Spent a great five days at Hotel Ai Cavalieri. As a wheelchair user I was able to access all of the hotel and, when more space was required, staff happily moved a table or luggage rack.
