"Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after a day of golf. The TV, however, did not allow for use of Netflix or Prime Video, and was very confusing to find just free to air channels. We were so tired it didn't matter too much. Our room was also located near the freeway which made for a very noisy night. Ear plugs would have helped. There was lots of on sight parking."

"My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it.
I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products.
Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK."

"The property is dated and generally tired. However, it is clean, has comfortable beds, and a good shower. Not so good is the Wifi. It drops off and often so slow which is very frustrating. Upside is there is parking and it’s a handy location across from Miranda Westfield."

"I recently spent three nights at Quest Cronulla and really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, with the beach and some great coastal walks right on the doorstep.
The room was clean and well-kept, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. While the nearby pub can be a bit noisy late in the evening, I didn't find it to be too bad. It was a convenient spot for my trip and I would happily stay there again."

"The room and bathroom is very spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was sufficient and had a wet entry available when it was raining.
We will definitely come back and stay at Alpha Hotel - Eastern Creek when another opportunity comes up."

"Decent accomodation about 15 minutes walk to Burwood Plaza. Had complementary parking and continental breakfast ( basic). Except for the pillows being a bit on the firmer side had no other issues. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit which was spacious. The check in staff was super nice- thank you."

"Staff were friendly excellent and helpful at every moment. Your beds are awful. Feel like my spine needs to be realigned. Other than that it was in a great location and close to everyhwre we needed to go during the long weekend.
