At breakfast all plates, bowls, cups and cutlery was plastic and all ended up in the same bin with no evidence of Staff were.friendly, hotel was clean and bright "

Staff on reception were good and pleasant but staff in restaurant/bar we found unhelpful and rude (so ended up ordering a takeaway the one night we were thinking of dining in the Hotel)."
