"My floor in my room was disgustingly gross. I can’t even explain how truly dirty my floor was. Just taking clothes off and stepping on the shower floor your feet get covered in black filth. Coming out of shower I threw a towel down to step on to walk towards my bed. Got dressed and when I picked up the towel it was black. This just grossed me out. This made me completely think twice about even attempting to sleep on the bed. We left and went elsewhere "

"Overall the property was excellent however our room was a bit too noisy. We had a room that adjoined another, and the sound coming through the connecting doors was unacceptable. The only thing that helped was turning up the AC fan on high. Other than that the overall experience was excellent. The rooms are a very nice size and the staff were personable, attentive, and diligent in keeping the place clean. "

"We arrived with a confirmed reservation for our family of three (including our young child) and were told there was no room available because the hotel had overbooked. With nowhere else to go at that hour, we were forced to spend the entire night sleeping in our small rental car — all three of us crammed together. This is completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with a child. No family should ever have to go through this. I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel and confirming your reservation multiple times before you arrive. We will never stay here again."
