"We didn't stay for Breakfast but the staff were very helpful. With a surprising situation we had with the faro taxi service not being relyable in faro.If it wasn't for a hotel service taxi they have we would had missed our flight. If you have a very early morning flight back like we did (6:05am) You won't get a taxi to the airport they have a big problem with not enough taxi drivers. "I loved my stay at the Oakmoon. I was the only one there for two days, so I had free use of my spacious room, plus the open-plan full kitchen and living room area and the funky little interior patio with hand-painted mural. The house is on a narrow street of mostly private homes and a few bars and restaurants and close to plenty of other restaurants, shops, the marina, cathedral, laundromat, etc. Sarah, the house manager, is friendly and very helpful, if you need anything. "Comfortable, clean room and modern bathroom in a good location for exploring Faro old town. The electronic check in was easy and convenient too. There’s a kitchen area that guests can use, a small ground floor outdoor space and a roof top terrace. I only stayed one night but would recommend if you’re spending a few days in Faro. "
