"The staff were lovely and the room was tidy. The traffic noise was very loud in my room all night. Good location for my stay though. "

"It was a busy time at this accommodation when we stayed over Easter. Car parks are NOT allocated to any particular unit, which was difficult for us as we had large, heavy items to move in and out of the car each day we were staying there. There was some mould on the curtains. The microwave's glass plate did not fit, which meant that the microwave did not work very well. Unfortunately, the person in the next door unit was talking on his phone - until 5 a.m., which was not good for sleep. When we asked for another unit, the motel manager said that was not possible. She immediately went and talked to the person, who apologised, soon after. Two nights later, there was again talking through the wall until 4 a.m."

"we were in and out for the ed sherin concert. didnt get to use the facilities as had to head home for 9am start at work. The hall way made us feel dirty but it was really just that it needed a paint and refresh. The room itself was fine and no frills but perfect for what we needed. "

Our room was set up for accessibility, which made the layout quite different and a little uncomfortable for us, and it wasn’t the type of room we had booked online. We also noticed that the sofa was not very clean, and the white towels appeared discoloured. That said, it’s still a good budget option overall, and the location is very convenient."

"The nicest Novotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Nicely manicured outdoor courtyard with seating and tables. Parking can be a bit tight when the hotel is busy. As the hotel is not newly built some amenities like USB charging ports or a smart TV are missing. Sth Metro station right next to hotel makes travelling to downtown fast and convenient. Į"
