"Had a cancelled flight on the previous day, and had prepaid. Didn't realize I needed to check in. Hotel staff and manager kindly accommodated and understood the situation, and allowed us to complete the rest of our stay. Extremely helpful staff, and they remembered me. Hotel room was always fantastic, and nice and clean, kitchenette and bathroom. Will definitely be my go-to here again when I'm in Houston."

"First I most say that I checked in on Sunday Oct. 27 and I checked out on Nov. 3, 2024. My check in the young lady at the desk was very nice and she smiled when assisting me and answering my questions. My room was clean and nice. I had a few missing items that others stole from the room. I reported it and the Manager Mrs. Leslie was so nice to help replace everything. "I stay here a weekends about every two to three months and I’ve had some good and not so good experiences here but this time they were accommodating when our first room A/C was leaking and flooded the carpet. They acted quickly and made the transition to the other room Easy. Will see them again in a few months and hopefully their renovations will be completed. "

"The area was nicer (for Houston) and relatively quiet. There was a grocery store next door, walking distance. Check in was simple, the staff was pleasant. They're were working elevators, a small gym, a lounge area up front with free tea/coffee/lemon water. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with hot and cold options. The room was clean and stocked.
