"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

"They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London. The beds were comfortable at least. No wash cloths provided either but there were...

"Place was clean, but the floors have a residue that makes any thing that touches it black. Room was way to Brite, black outs did not work well. Great location and communication was very good. I informed them that is was to hot and the next morning they brought a fan. The place was well equipped. The area rug by the couch was a trip hazzard. This may seem like a bad review but it is not. I would rent this place again just pointing out things that needs to be improved on"

"The internet was strong. However, one of our worst stays anywhere … The A/C was weak; The table was rickety - afraid to use it; Elevator did not work and property managers told us it broke while we were there but it was out when we arrived; Worst though was terrible leaks when it rained - blowing breakers and making kitchen and microwave unusable! We wasted our last full day in London managing issues with this place! Don’t go!"

"Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."
