It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach.

The Avenue Inn and Spa
Loved that the inn is in the middl of shops, restaurants and th beach, but calm and serene inside.

Brighton Suites Hotel
Parking is very tight!!! Room was very clean. Other than a glitch with the programming of the room card, we really had no reason to interact with the staff. AC & heat work wonderfully and was very quiet.
