"Whether you are at the beach for a getaway or here on business and just want a no-frills hotel just to lay your head at the end of the night, this is the place. I come to town a lot for business, and I spend my days visiting clients. At the end of the day I just want a place to sleep. I don't need a bar (there are plenty within walking distance), a pool (the ocean is a block away), or other amenities that would be needed where I travel elsewhere. If you're looking for the same - a place to just sleep at a decent price - look nowhere else. The price is seriously half of what the cheapest hotels charge, but don't expect a hair dryer, iron, free breakfast, coffee in the lobby or anything else. As I stated above, this is a place with zero frills. However, even though the price may suggest, this is not a cheap roach-infested motel or a place that's been run down to bare bones minimum by a family from India. It's VERY clean! It's not super modern, but it is adequate. The owner is very friendly, compassionate, and accommodating - everything you would expect from a front desk person but much more personable. He's an everyday beach guy so don't expect someone to come out with a suit and tie. This isn't the Hilton and not intended to be. It is the best place to stay in town for the money."

The outdoor space was particularly lovely, with cozy seating areas surrounded by lush greenery, inviting guests to unwind and bask in the serene atmosphere. Situated just one block from the breathtaking Rehoboth Beach, the location offered convenient access to the sun, sand, and surf. Additionally, it was a short stroll to the vibrant heart of Rehoboth, where an array of charming shops and delicious restaurants awaited exploration. Our experience was truly exceptional, filled with memories we cherish, and we are already looking forward to our next visit! "
