"It was our first time staying at this resort from June 12–14, and we booked a pool-view room for four with a kitchenette. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful views, the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, and the warm, friendly staff.
One of our favorite aspects of the room was the view from the beds overlooking the pool area. However, it would have been even better if we could have enjoyed the view while maintaining some privacy. We often had to keep the curtains closed because people outside could easily see into the room. It would be great if there were a way for guests to see out while limiting visibility from the outside.
While the room was comfortable, it is quite dated and could benefit from some cosmetic updates. More importantly, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness. There was noticeable dust in the room, including on the coffee machine, which also did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, as there was still water left in the reservoir from a previous use.
We also noticed a few inconsistencies with the room amenities. Although the room accommodated four guests, only three pool towels and two robes were provided. It would have been nice if enough towels and robes had been available for all registered guests upon arrival.
These are relatively minor observations, and we share them simply as constructive feedback. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and hope these suggestions may help enhance the experience for future guests."
