The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, from the lobby to the rooms, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Parking was easy and hassle-free, with plenty of space available, which is a huge plus when traveling. The location is another highlight — there’s lots to do within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays. Overall, this hotel combines Hilton’s signature comfort with unbeatable convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Stoke-on-Trent."

I rarely leave reviews up to this point but was left feeling like this 'apartment' is a room in a multi occupancy house and it felt a bit.....what's the right word......DHSS ish. I didn't use the communal kitchen as someone in there was, well a bit weird, looking disturbed. I just think I was looking for cheap and cheerful. It was cheap. "

"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "
