"I had the worst experience here. I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said my reservation was there but hadn’t been paid. He said Expedia had taken the money from my account but hadn’t sent the funds to them. He said he canceled my reservation and would have no trouble getting a refund. He said I would have to pay out of pocket. I gave him my card and conveniently their card machine was down and could only accept cash. I knew that it felt super sketchy. He said I could use their atm...

"The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to downtown, shopping areas, grocery stores, and delicious restaurants. The structure of the underground parking area was really nice and convenient. The elevators that go all the way down to the parking garage and all the way up to your room floor was very convenient. The only issue I had was with the toilet not flushing, which the maintenance crew were able to fix immediately."

"The hotel staff were excellent. When we needed help with the key card of my son not working, she followed me to the room to make sure the new key card works. I forgot her name but I think it starts with an M. Thank you M for your great service. The restroom in the gym was filthy. Someone didn’t clean up after themselves and hotel staff did consistently check that area. The floor inside the elevator was dirty with black marks on the floor for more than 24 hours."

"Pretty much what one would expect for a moderately priced hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was just okay. Very convenient location with quick access to Hwy 110."
