"We arrived and were told there was a $5 charge for parking, not .mentioned on the website. The property was under construction, this wasn’t mentioned on the website and not anykind of discount for the inconvenience. We've been to hotels being remodeled, but the dirty left in front of our room and the elevator was ridiculous. It was left all weekend and Noone working. This should have been mentioned by Expedia, they really let us down!"

"The staff was very friendly, cool vibe, rooftop views are amazing. However, in the evening, the entire hotel basically turns into an huge party. There were used towels and trash all around the hot tub and the elevator had blood in it and a trail of blood that was ignored by the staff. For the price, I’d expect this to be cleaned immediately. Very disappointing and unsanitary. "

"Location of this place is top notch especially if you plan to go to any sporting events down town. It's close enough you can walk to everything but still off from the main strip so that it's not super noisy. The gym was being renovated and it will legit be the best gym in Minneapolis."

"Ask them about repair work before booking. Pool out of order and wall paper in common areas was being replaced one floor at a time when I stayed."

"Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. "
