"Good location on the strip. Rooms fair size but would be much better if it had a refrigerator. Royal Tower overdue for refurbishing but overall had a great stay."

"We appreciate the Shuttle to and from the airport. Also the staff was helpful. Had some difficulty finding Shuttle pick-up at the airport. Wasn't difficult, just unfamiliar the first time. Village Pub a short walk away (no street crossing) good food, service, and open 24 hrs"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. We were relaxing in the room with privacy notification on. I heard a knock on the door, and then a 2nd knock. I was in bed and did not want to get up, not to mention, NO ONE should be knocking on the door if the privacy notification is on!!!!! That is Hotels 101!!! Needless to say, after the 2nd knock, a member of the in-room mini bar staff entered my room!!! She figured no one was in there after knocking twice, so she let herself in knowing the privacy light was on!!!! Makes me truly wonder what she was going to do or possibly steal while in there, and what her true intentions were. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I'm very glad I was dressed and etc. I jumped up and confronted her, but she had nothing to say except stupid excuses that made zero sense. At first she was just quiet and looked at me, then stuttered a bit, and then pretended there was a language barrier. I will NEVER go back."
